MACHINE RENTAL INFO AND T&C’S

Requirements

• You must have experience using a digital embroidery machine

• You must come with a finished EMB file design, ready to stitch out 

• You must come with your own fabric, threads and backing. Heat, dissolvable and tearaway backing is available but with an additional fee.

We provide  

• Black and white bobbin thread

• Access to Wilcom if your file needs small adjustments

Pricing

• Per hour - £45

• Per day (9:00-17:00) - £299

• Student discount - 10%

Policy for overrunning 

• Customers are expected to complete their session within their booked time slot.

• If additional time is needed, it will be charged at the standard hourly rate, subject to availability.

• To ensure fairness for all customers, there is a strict maximum over-run limit of 1 hour beyond the original booking time.

Cancellations/ no-show

• You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking more than 48 hours notice

• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of your booking
